Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel any hosting service provided by Profuturehosts at any time. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the customer account portal or by contacting our support team.

Once a service is cancelled, the hosting account will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless an immediate termination is requested.

Cancellation Request Process

To cancel your hosting service, please submit a request including the following information:

Billing and Cancellation

Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges. If a cancellation request is received after the billing date, the service may remain active until the end of the billing period. Profuturehosts does not issue refunds for unused time unless stated in our Refund Policy.

Immediate Termination

Customers may request immediate account termination, which will permanently remove hosting data from our servers. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

We recommend customers download backups before requesting termination.
